Pre Diwali Burn Awareness program Celebrated
Pre Diwali Burn Awareness program was held at K.G.M.T Multipspeciality Hospital in association with “Snehasparsha -The loving Touch” an NGO working for the Burn victims on 2nd Nov, 2021 at the KGMT Hospital Premises.
Aim of the function is to create awareness amongst general public about Burn Injury and its Prevention aspects of such injuries in view of upcoming Diwali Festival.
The staff and doctors, of KGMT Hospital, general public, the members of Burn Survivor group & ‘Asha Karmi’ participated in the program. A documentary on Burn Injury was shown to public followed by a street play by staff of KGMT Hospital. An art Competition was held showing various preventive aspects of Burn Injury & Participants were awarded prizes, informs Prof Dr. Seema Rekha Devi, Convenor of the Program.
